American Playboy

At Adolescent my direction, 'The Covers' was chosen by the team at Amazon and Stephen David Entertainment. I took the lead on this smooth jazz title sequence, delivering in 4K with a condensed timeline. I relied heavily on camera projection to give life to some iconic covers from Playboy Magazine's formative years. The flexibility of the stripped down aesthetic allowed me to transition simply between scenes and adjust timing to match the client's feedback.

Another concept I made in the pitch process was 'The Office'. Hugh is know for working on his circular bed rather than a desk. The messy sheets and blankets add some innuendo and it all fit neatly into the bunny's eye.
